I found them through NACA when buying my home. They provided a pretty thick maintenance manual as part of the inspection. The Pool inspection was also included in the price which was nice compared to a few other inspectors I researched. I’m a sucker for value so I love that they’re going above and beyond for the customers. I’ll def be using them again.

I’ve known Gus a long time. Since we were undergraduates at UCLA. He’s always been the type of person to put his all into everything. He’s inspected all of my properties and I would never consider choosing someone else. His inspection reports are always concise and not flooded with 100’s of photos like I’m used to with other inspectors. I appreciate how he points out clear as day any hazards or repairs that are recommended. The vendors he works with are also top notch and highly rated. If you ever need something specialized like a mold inspection or termite inspection, he’s your guy.

Bruin did our 11 month warranty inspection and I recommend anyone with a new construction home to get one. We were able to get multiple repairs done by our builder free of charge because of this inspection. Don’t wait until you go past the 12 months as most builders refuse to honor most repairs.

We just purchased a new build in Indio CA and decided to go with this company because of their google reviews. I was impressed with how thorough they were. The inspection itself took about 4/5 hours because it’s a 2450 sq foot home. I was pleased with how concise and easy the inspection report was to read. After the inspection, Gustavo took the time to provide a thorough walkthrough of his findings. He was professional, honest, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His inspection report was incredibly detailed, and it's clear he has a great deal of experience and a sharp eye for detail. For example, he immediately noticed a strong pet odor in one area of the home and correctly identified that it likely needed a deep cleaning. He also distinguished between major concerns and minor repairs, offering practical advice along the way. One example was pointing out that a loose bathroom faucet handle simply needed to be tightened instead of making it seem like a bigger issue.
