Before the cooling season, replace or inspect the filter, keep the outdoor unit clear of debris, and confirm condensate drains are not visibly overflowing.
Call for service when
- The system runs but does not cool normally.
- Ice forms on refrigerant lines or equipment.
- Water appears around the indoor unit.
- New electrical, burning, or mechanical odors develop.
- The system cycles abnormally or trips breakers.
Refrigerant and internal electrical work should be performed by qualified HVAC personnel.
